What is a Time Capsule Session?
Time Capsule Sessions are in-depth video interviews designed to capture and preserve precious life stories and memories. We provide a comfortable and supportive environment for individuals and families to share their experiences, creating lasting legacies for future generations.
What does the process of creating a Time Capsule entail?
We agree on a tailored package that suits you and your needs. The session would take place after the contract is signed and payment is received. Payment plans are available.
On the day of the session, we travel to you, set up all recording equipment and then host a conversation which will be filmed in a documentary-style.
After the session, all footage will be edited, rendered, and uploaded to the cloud ready for viewing/download within the 30-day turnaround period.
And there you have it, a professionally documented version of your stories for you to share, keep, and pass on!
How much are subtitles?
Subtitles start at £50 for The Essentials Package, £75 for The Storyteller’s Package, and £100 for The Legacy Package. The final subtitles fee is based per individual project.
What if I want to interview more than one person?
To add an additional interviewee to a session, the fee is £250 per person. There is a two person maximum for The Essentials Package. There is a three person maximum for The Storyteller’s Package. There no maximum for The Legacy Package.
What happens after the interview?
After the interview, we will professionally edit the footage, ensuring a smooth and engaging viewing experience. You will receive your high-resolution digital files within 30 days.
What if I have limited mobility?
We are happy to accommodate clients with limited mobility. Please let us know your specific needs in advance, and we will do our best to make the interview experience as comfortable and accessible as possible.
Do you offer any payment plans?
We may be able to offer flexible payment options for some packages. Please contact us to discuss your payment preferences.
Can I provide my own questions for the interview?
Absolutely! We encourage you to submit any specific questions or topics you would like to explore during the interview. This will help us tailor the session to your individual needs and interests.
